Compare images with visual context

The image comparison tool helps you inspect visual changes between screenshots, design exports, product photos, and other image assets.

With six view modes — side-by-side, stacked, slider overlay, pixel diff, highlight, and heatmap — the page supports both quick visual review and precise, pixel-level spot checks.

  • Validate UI changes between release screenshots.
  • Check updated marketing assets before publishing.
  • Compare product or document images for visible and invisible edits.

Six comparison modes

Switch between side-by-side, stacked, and slider overlay for fast visual review, then move to pixel diff, highlight, or heatmap to see exactly what changed.

The pixel diff and highlight views are computed in the browser, so you can quantify differences and locate every changed region without leaving the page.

Pixel-level controls

Fine-tune the comparison with a sensitivity slider, an ignore anti-alias option, and per-channel checks (All, Luma, R, G, B).

A magnifier and scroll-to-zoom help you inspect fine details, and you can swap the two images at any time.

Image comparison FAQ

Which image formats are supported?

The page supports PNG, JPG, GIF, WEBP, and SVG uploads.

What comparison modes are available?

Six modes: side-by-side, stacked, slider overlay, pixel diff, highlight, and heatmap. Use the overlay or slider for quick checks, and pixel diff or highlight for exact changes.

What do sensitivity and channels do?

The sensitivity slider controls how strictly pixels are compared, ignore anti-aliasing skips fringing, and the channel selector lets you compare a single color channel (R, G, B) or luminance.

Are my images uploaded to a server?

No. All comparison and image processing happens locally in your browser.
